GOING TO COURT!
I posted on Facebook that I would provide more information about what is “NOT” happening that should be happening. I have been eblasting , posting on this site, and talking on my Podcast about the state of affairs in East Point. I am tired of the incompetent and lackluster leadership of our Mayor and Council and the lack of concern of the residents who are paying more for less and apparently are happy with it! There are residents who do care and don’t quite know what to do. There are residents who have absolutely no information about what is going on! What happens or does not happen in East Point is the business of every resident. COMMUNICATION and CORRECT INFORMATION is the foundation for keeping residents, and the Mayor and Council informed.
Let’s see just how informed you are about some of your Council Members and what is happening in East Point NOW! CHECK the item if you know about it and not just heard something.
DID YOU KNOW THAT THIS/THESE COUNCIL MEMBER (S) USED THE CITY CREDIT CARD TO?
1) Make a $100 donation to New Grant AME Church?____
2) Take the City Manager and a developer to lunch in Atlanta? ____
3) Sponsor a private Leadership Group that was created just for Ward B? ___
4) Pay for insulated water bottles and first-class tote bags costing more than $400? ____
5) Pay for refreshments for a special event costing more than $300? ____
6) Pay for water for Tri-Cities students on more than one occasion costing hundreds of dollars? ____
I will provide the credit card invoices for the above information including purchases made on Amazon for over $400, BJ’S for over $300, and for professional photography services plus many other illegal purchases on my EBLAST. Most of this spending took place between August and November 2025, the election season. I will ask the State Campaign Disclosures Division to look into this!
OTHER HAPPENINGS!
I will provide more information concerning the $1.60 water breaks/water leaks “INSURANCE” that residents and commercial utilities users are paying for without their knowledge or consent since September 2025! This is a “SCAM”. I will also provide information concerning the “WRIT OF MANDAMUS” that will be filed against Mayor and Council. I hope that residents will VIEW my Podcast on one of the media sites that I listed in my previous post, East Point: A People in Crisis Part 1. I will also provide a LINK to VIEW my Podcast via my EBLAST.
