PITTMAN’S POINT ON ZOOM!
Dear East Point Residents:
In an effort to better inform you about what our Mayor and Council are doing; or are not doing, PITTMAN’S POINT ON ZOOM! will provide an interactive platform for Residents to connect with each other as well as the Mayor and Council Members if they choose to do so. This new interactive platform will not be used to vent, slander, campaign or promote misleading or false information.
The following guidelines will strictly be adhered to by all participants. In order to maximize the interactive experience, all participants shall agree to the following:
- The date and time of PITTMAN’S POINT ON ZOOM will be posted at least four days prior to the actual event unless an emergency occurs.
- Read the documents posted on the Informer Website prior to the Agenda Discussion.
- Email attendance information to Earnestine D. Pittman at edpittman26@bellsouth.net at the time and manner stated on the Website.
- There will be no personal attacks or rude comments by any participant.
- Discussions are limited to the items on the designated Agenda. Long-winded introduction of information or questions will not be tolerated.
The AGENDA, DATE and TIME WILL be SENT by EMAIL and POSTED on the WEBSITE.
