The Judge has made her ruling in the lawsuit concerning two East Point Council Members Joshua Butler and Nanette Saucier. The Judge based her ruling on a technicality that prohibited her from addressing the merits of the case. However, her ruling allows the case to be refiled with the correction of the technicality.
