I made the following Open Records Request concerning the Wednesday Wind Down Event on July 28, 2021 for:
- Copies of all permits and fee charges for Food Trucks as well as Beer, Wine & Margaritas.
- Copies of all invoices for the entertainers, overtime for employees that provided services, and all costs for equipment and outside personnel.
I received a written reply that the City does not keep overtime for events, police officers and that their overtime goes in general overtime. Likewise for other City staff and employees. No records were provided for overtime pay for anyone. No records were provided for salaries for the additional police officers from Fulton County. Nor do theses invoices include any Council Members’ credit card expenditures for this event. Hence the invoices represent a partial cost of the event.
This invoice is only the second invoice that contains fees for permits requested in item 1 above.
