Every member of the Council show keep a copy of the Council Rules handy at all times. They all should be well versed in how they are to go about conducting the City’s business at Council Meetings. Please look at the signature page and see the date when the Ordinance passed and the Mayor’s signature. I will be referring to this document in a later post.
